Bookworm Tag?

Sparky tagged me to do this fun little game. Here are the rules...

1. Grab the nearest book of 123 pages or more.
2. Open it to page 123.
3. Find the first 5 sentences and write them down.
4. Then invite 5 friends to do the same.

Ok, I've grabbed one of LS' books. It's called "Undomestic Goddess" by Sophie Kinsella.

I peer at my bowl. Stiff meringue mixture? Mine's liquid. It has to be right, I tell myself feverishly. It has to be.

You know, LS's culinary skill sounds awfully a lot like the character's in the book. That explains why I'm always on kibbles instead of delicious home cooked food. Sigh...Would you guys be kind enough to help me nag at LS on the importance of home cooked wholesome meals?

Now I would like to tag...

1. Chris & Abby
2. Crikit, Sparky & Ginger
3. Deetz
4. Moco
5. Thor

Have a great weekend everybody!

Hi, Happy!
That sounds like my mom too!
If it weren't for my grandma I'd be in kibbles forever!

Hi Happy. I got your tag. Mum said she will have to wait until Monday to post though, cuz she is at work right now and she wants to do it together with me. Hope you have a great weekend.

Hi Happy,

I used to eat kibble like you until my parents tried feeding me one meal of homecooked food, and one meal kibble.

Soon, I refused to eat my kibble and only went for their homecooked food (imagine how happy they are when I lick clean the dinner they cook).

Well, that convinced them that homecooked food was the way to go :)

Woof,

Happy,
Thanks for the tag. We will be posting as soon as Grammie can find the book she is reading. She has been organizing again and always loses something.

My mom can't nag anyone about home cooking. She doesn't do it much.

That sound like a fun game - unfortunately all that Barby has been reading lately is books for graduation thesis on war photography. Xsara finds the subject incredibly boring.

Hey Happy. Thanks for sniffing out my blog. I love your name and you are very cute. I don't get home cooked meals but I get a beefburger mixed in with my kibble. That's a pretty good compromise, don't you think? But it has to be all squished up together, or else I'll eat only the beef and leave the kibble. Duh...Give your mommy big puppy eyes and see if she'll give in... good luck !!
