Skywatch - Joy Comes in the Morning

TGIF! That means the weekend is hours away! I think LS is glad too for the weekend. Something about working too hard. But I think it's just her post holiday blues.

It has been a while since we last joined in Skywatch Friday. While LS was sorting through her files the other day, she came across some pictures she took some time back.

These pictures were taken on an early morning from two different sides. It's amazing that one same sky shows different beautiful sights.

This picture shows the reflection of the sunrise from the opposite side

This picture was taken just few feet away from the first picture. Can you see how the sky parts in the center? Or rather, it was the clouds parting.

LS said she loves the second picture. Hope you are not bored by her raving and ranting over these pictures. She tends to get carried away at times.

To think that if I didn't wake her up early, she would've missed it. Well, don't you think she has me to thank for?

If you enjoy skywatching, do hop over to check out more lovely pictures at Skywatch Friday.

Have a good weekend everyone!

Crack the sky. Very inspiring scene.

The clouds are different from where I lived and my siblings. If it's raining over here it might not rain over at theirs although they are only about ten minutes away from where I stay.

We actually saw a blue sky the color of your middle layer today. We stopped and stared.

That lovely second pic makes me think of the old rhyme, something like, 'Oh, can I see a patch of blue, enough to mend a sailor's pants." I can't remember the rest, but whenever I see a bit of blue like that I think of my mother saying the rhyme.

I enjoyed your Skywatch pictures very much. At our house, we're big fans of admiring the sky - it's always so pretty. Maybe I'll try doing a Skywatch Friday sometime.

Have a nice weekend!

Hi my little friend,

Mommy just loves the sky pictures. That's one reason she like to go to the country becuase she can get up early & watch the sunrise and in the evening warch it set. We don't get to see pretty skys like that here in town.

Have a good day....{{huggies}}--Mona

Happy. Yesterday our sky was blue. Today grey and full of rain. I prefer the blue sort like you have. Well done on waking LS to enjoy it. When she looks at those photos she might not be so blue either.
