Going for car rides is one of my favourites; next to eating, antagonizing LS, barking, sleeping....erm...the list goes on.
So when LS said we are going for a car ride, I was so excited.
Can I drive this time? Can I? Can I?
Driver's seat - empty.
Does that mean I get to drive?
Guess not...I'm still in stuck in the same old carrier.
This is me sticking out my tongue in protest.

Hi, Happy...
I love to go in the car, too...Except when it takes me to the "Spa" or the Vet...
When we went to the Ocean, my Dad kept asking me if I wanted to drive, but I think he was just teasing, cuz he never let me...

Hey here's an idea. How about you ask if you can just practice in the garage for a while! :-)
Cheers
Charlie
Mm hmm! Agreed! I would LOVE to try driving, then maybe I could go visit you!

hi Happy, thanks for sniffing out our blog. we think we should be able to drive our dog-mobile too. it's our car. why can't we drive it.
your car is funny though. the steering wheel is on the opposite side of ours. hee hee
woofs.
First, I got to sit on my mom's lap while she was driving--at least to the end of the driveway. Maybe one day I can drive by myself. I'm almost old enough for a learner's permit! I hope you get a change to drive soon. It's waaay different from riding.
love & wags,
River
I love car rides too!
What a great idea!

Oh Happy, do you think your feet would reach the pedals? I like to sit in the driver seat if my owners leave me in the car, I pretend I'm driving.

Our human has run several stories about dogs driving, but they didn't have very happy endings. she just says, "See? dogs can not drive."
Misty the alpha Poodle
We've both sat in the drivers seat before but we've never turned the key in the ignition! It's so unfair! You're so right, Happy!
Love ya lots

I wish my mommy would let me drive....but NO! She won't.

hi Happy! haha i agree, we dogs have a great sense of direction and excellent drivers....just that we dont have the opportunity to show our pawsome driving skills;)
Happy,
I don't think you can see over the steering wheel! But then again, neither can the old ladies....so what's the difference? Good luck!

Well said, Miss Happy.
Too cute! My girls (my 80 pound sweethear and 6 pound puppy) love to ride. They are so good in the car, like little ladies. If they drove, they would get so distracted by the smells of good food....lots of side trips.
XOXOX
We wouldn't we be able to drive 'cause we're too short for the pedals. If you can work that out, you should be able to drive!
hi Happy must be fun to ride....me n my sister Dollar just had a long ride to Kuala Lumpur and back...it was fun sleeping in the car, bcos our car don't hav a sunroof...how sad, even yr carrier come wit sunroof.....how nice.
I love to go for car rides - except when the car stops at the evil vet's!
I try to drive....from behind mom's neck (while she's driving). She keeps scolding me that it's not safe, but no matter.....I still climb up there!

It just makes me happy to see that face!! So cute.
I dunno, but I like to drive, too, and I always sit in the Mum's driver seat when she is not in it. But then the car isn't moving, either!
I like your carrier. It looks cozy. I have to wear a seatbelt when I'm in the seat!
I think you need your own Happymobile! I'll be your co-pilot.
Your pal,
Petey
Louie always jumps into Dad seat when we stop somewhere but he isn't allowed to drive either. He doesn't have a license yet... Just a rabbi tag.. That isn't considered a license is it??

I love car rides too Happy! They are a blast hehe

Hi Happy, why can't we drive. You are so right, we would make excellent drivers! And we do have an excellent tracking system built in. No way would I need the stoopid navigation that Dad has in the car. We need to fight for our right to drive!
Your pal,
Kirby
Hey Happy, If you drive, you don't get to bark at other cars. I love car rides too!
Happy, I know how to lock our truck door. Just did it for like the l0th time the other day.. maybe I'll lock my parents out of the truck and take a spin! Thanks for the idea.

Love the car pictures! You would be an excellent driver!
You are sooooo cute! I love your pink carrier and your pink tongue sticking out!
Dogs should be allowed to drive. We'd be better at it then the stupid humans.
Simba x
I agree with you Happy!
We'd make excellent drivers! Except maybe some of us would need a higher seat to see.
Have a great day!
Wags and licks,
Maya and Kena
I think you're right Happy! We have to go in the cars all the time, we should get to drive some. Only mom would have to help me, I don't think my feet would reach the thangs under the steering wheel!
Hi. What is your name? My human didn't catch it? I love to go for a ride in the car too. I'll have to write about it like you did. Come by and visit me on Sat. my human lets me write then.
Oh BTW my name is Daisy and well I just love my human the most but I would love to have a new friend.
Come by and visit us.
Love,
Daisy
